Swimming
At the farm we are very lucky to have our own private lake. In summer it is a perfect place to take a refreshing dive. There are deep and shallow parts where children can swim. We are planning to have a sauna near the lakeside, with a traditional heating mechanism, which is healthier than the standard stone on stove saunas. In winter, after having spent some time in the sauna, it is also possible for the brave hearts to take a saw, make a hole in the ice and take a chilling cold plunge.

In Hovden, at about 40 km from UrdboeFjellgard, you will find a tropical swim paradise of about 1800 square meters. The indoor and outdoor pools have a constant water temperature of 30 degrees, both in winter and summer. There are several waterfalls, a water slide of 70 meters, a wild water river, a baby pool, Jacuzzis saunas and tanning beds.
