Hiking Near the farm are several walking paths which will lead you through some of Norways most beautiful surroundings. Thorswegen This is a short trail through the Urboe valley. It starts allmost on the farm and goes over the mountainside and part of the big scree which runs through the valley. Urboeglupen & Glensdalen Urdboeglupen is a beautiful trail which goes into the Hardangervidda National Park. In the park you will see a large varieity of wildlife like big hurdes of deers, mooses, minks, mountain goats and eagles. The Edland path The Edland path leads you over the mountain on the opposite side of the Urdboe lake, and into the Edland valley. Edland is a small community with a library and some shops. |
