The guesthouse
The old farm building is recently converted into a guesthouse with 5 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a large kitchen. As you can see, most of the traditional elements of the building were kept in place during the renovation. An overnight stay in the guesthouse includes breakfast in the morning. Every evening Britt, the lady of the house, is making diner and desert for guests who have subscribed to it in the morning.

The farmer’s bedroom
This used to be the main bedroom where three generations of our family kept warm during long winter nights. The room has a beautiful view over the small lake. It contains of a wood stove, a sofa, a big table and beds for three to four persons.

The Totak bedroom
This bedroom has a magnificent view into the valley and over the big Totak lake. It contains of a wood stove, a washbowl and a writing table and has beds for two persons.

The white bedroom
This bedroom contains of a wood stove, a washbowl and a writers table and has beds for two persons.

The writer’s bedroom
The family history tells of a writer who used to stay in this room during summer, writing poetry and working on his novels. The room has a writing table (of course), a single bed and a nice view over the lake.

The small bedroom
This bedroom mainly consists of a single bed. It can be of use when family issues develop during holiday.
