Family Saeren The two farms and three houses in the Urdboe valley are owned by the Searen family. Per, the oldest son of three took over the Urdboefjellgard farm from his parents in 2003. Just like his parents he will continue to offer accommodation to guests who appreciate the rural environment of an old farm. Per spends most of his time restoring the old barns and lofts on the property and adjusting the living standard and comfort to modern times. Per is assisted by his wife Britt, who takes care of the guests and serves them breakfast and diner. Per and Britt live in a mountain house close to the farm with their two children, Emil and Linn. Emil is an expert on trout fishing and Linn gives horse riding lessons to the guests. Then there are of course the animals: the two horses Tonhil and Tunsjilla and the two dogs Nille and Emil. |
